3 Rivers Sign is a small business with a big impact. Founded on the legacy of our original name, Highway 35 Signs, and even earlier as Quality Signs on 2nd, we’ve been proudly serving the La Crosse area for years. Now under new ownership since the end of 2021, we continue to honor the tradition of providing top-notch sign solutions while embracing innovation and growth.
Our company is based in Brice Prairie, nestled on County Road XX, just off of Hwy 35. Our facility allows us to deliver high-quality signs, banners, and digital displays to customers throughout the region, and beyond.
Our Journey
3 Rivers Sign was founded with a deep commitment to quality craftsmanship and personalized service. The company was originally owned by Dave and Stephanie Bentzen, who ran it under the name Quality Signs on 2nd and later Highway 35 Signs. After years of hard work and dedication, they retired and passed the torch to the current owners, Brady and Barbara Martin.
We are proud to carry on the tradition of excellent service that was established by Dave and Stephanie. As a family-run business with fewer than 10 employees, we remain dedicated to building strong relationships with each of our customers. We may be a small team, but we do big things – delivering custom signage solutions with personal care and attention to detail.

Owners
As husband and wife, Brady and Barbara took the reins of 3 Rivers Sign at the end of 2021, following the retirement of the previous owners. With years of experience in the business world and a dedication to supporting the local community, Brady and Barbara are committed to providing personalized service and high-quality signage solutions to businesses and organizations of all sizes.
Sign Apprentice
Jaymason is the son of Barbara Martin and is new to the sign industry, having joined the team straight out of high school. He’s excited to learn the craft and contribute to the company’s success while continuing the family tradition of quality service.
Graphic Designer/Vinyl Expert
Josh has been a vital member of the 3 Rivers Sign team since 2011. As our Graphic Designer and Vinyl Expert, he brings creativity, precision, and a keen eye for detail to every project. Josh works closely with clients to ensure their designs meet both their aesthetic goals and functionality needs.
Production Manager & Lead Service Technician-Installer
Ryan joined us in 2012 and is the backbone of our production and installation team. As our Production Manager and Lead Service Technician-Installer, Ryan ensures that every project runs smoothly from start to finish. He oversees production schedules and ensures that all installations are completed to perfection.
Service Technician & Installer
Andrew is a Service Technician and Installer who joined the team in 2021. He brings attention to detail and a commitment to getting the job done right, ensuring that installations are seamless and signs perform optimally.
Service Technician & Installer
Harry is our newest team member, having joined the company in 2022 as a Service Technician-Installer. He has quickly become a reliable and skilled part of the team, assisting with both installations and maintenance to ensure that every sign functions as it should.
Operations
Shayla joined 3 Rivers Sign in 2022 as our Operations Specialist. She is an essential part of the team, handling day-to-day operations, scheduling, and customer service. Shayla ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so that our team can focus on delivering quality signage solutions to our clients.
